Returns
As every Blue Eyed garment and accessory is individually made to order, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind.
If your order arrives damaged, faulty or not as described, you are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund in accordance with UK consumer law. Please contact Sasha & Jenni within 14 days of receiving your order, quoting your order number and including photographs of the issue where possible.
